Your TV, just like home.
The living-room Smart TV has two sides: regular television with Spanish and international channels, and streaming apps you sign into with your own account. Here it is in one minute.
TV channels, local and from home
To watch “normal” television — Spanish and international channels, live — use the Ministra Pro app you’ll see in the TV menu. The full channel list lives there, including channels in English, German, French and more.

Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, YouTube... The apps are already installed on the Smart TV: just sign in with your own account and pick up your series where you left off. Like your own sofa, but with the beach five minutes away.
With your own accountMinistra Pro in three steps.
It’s the app that acts as the “aerial”: every TV channel is watched through it.
Turn on the TV
Power button on the remote. If a different screen appears, press the Home button (the little house) to reach the main menu.
Open Ministra Pro
Find the Ministra Pro icon among the menu apps and open it. It loads in a few seconds.
Pick a channel
Browse the list with the remote’s arrows: Spanish and international channels, sorted by country and language.
Pick up your series where you left off.
The main platforms are already installed on the TV. Open the app, sign in with your usual account and you’re set — some let you do it by scanning a QR with your phone, no typing passwords with the remote.
Before you leave, sign out
Remember to log out of your accounts at the end of your stay (in each app: Settings → Sign out). That way nobody else can access your profiles. We double-check between guests too.

One-minute fixes.
Check you’re pointing at the screen and nothing is blocking the sensor. If it still won’t respond, the batteries may be flat: let us know and we’ll bring you fresh ones.
Usually a connection hiccup: close the app and open it again. If it persists, switch the TV off for 30 seconds, turn it back on and try again.
Still no TV? Write to us.
Tell us what screen you’re seeing and we’ll sort it out together in no time. And if it’s match night, we promise to hurry.
